An easy and fun tool to keep your business finances in order.

The program is also available in a household version.

INTRODUCTION.

I needed a good program to keep my small business finances in order.

I found quite a number of such programs on the Net but there was nothing really suitable -

some were boring, others complicated and many were both.

So, I decided to write a package which would satisfy my needs. - One which was easy and fun to

use yet provided the control so important to the businessman.

Here is the demo version. Try it - I hope you like it !!

SYSTEM REQUIREMENT.

A healthy MAC.

The layout will be at its best if you use the following fonts:

- ComicsCarToon (attached - drop it on your closed system).

- New Century Schlbk (in MAC system)

- ZapfDingbats (in MAC system)

NOTES ON USING.

- Doubleclick on the file Ecoboss C v.2.0 demo

- Use a blank password in this demo for (limited) access. Just click OK.

- Creating new records is done only in the menus Money in and Money out. All other menus have been locked for input. (Read only.)

- Use the buttom New Rec to access a new record - not by keyboard command or menu command.

- Creating a new record and if you would like to put cash in you have to notice that it´s necessary to register it in both To have! and Have got!. And of course if you once invoiced an account and later on recive it, you only put the account under Have got!. You will understand this better if you just try it!

- To print use the button Print and not the menu command. You will then have a different layout on your outprinting - black and white, simple but functional.

- Navigation through the different layouts, has to be done by the button Menu. You will then get an orderly sort of your records without any suprises. Some problems will be encountered if you attempt to navigate in any other way.

- Remember that this program is made on one register, so if you in a special situation would see records with just date or something other strange - don´t touch them - because the may belong to another layout. - This can happen, if you have used find in a strange way or if you have been navigated through the layouts like a mad man and not by the buttom Menu that I just told you to do.

- In popup-menys New rec, To whom? or Money in! under the layouts of Money in! and Money out! you can scroll down to Edit, and enter yor own descriptions, like in any word program.

- You can by using the menu commands Delete Record or Delete All put in your own records.

- There are some surprices in this program but nothing that will sabotage the serious function of this program - to count the right way! If you press the screen in some special places with the mouse you will see. Or if it for example is friday the thirteenth. It was intended to be used with fun.

- In this demo you can put in records to a sum of 25.000. Above this number, a reminder will inform you that it is a shareware version.

THE MILLENIUM PROBLEM.

No problem - this little program can handle it.

I have been using av Invoice Program, for which I paid $1000 US and I now find that it will not handle post 2000 dates!

THE FUTURE.

A PC version of this program is planned for the future as well as a version for the Spanish user.
